Tender description

In order to drive efficiencies in our internal processes, CAF are conducting a review of the products that it uses to on-board, complete continuous due diligence, validate UK and overseas charities and their associated individuals, specifically when opening, operating and maintaining CAF bank accounts, taking up new financial products and receiving donations. As part of the review, CAF would like to understand what alternative products are on the market for supporting the validation of organisations and their associated individuals and the on-boarding and continuous due diligence processes for in excess of 80,000 organisations; approximately 90% of these are charities. High level requirements for an alternative product(s) include being able to search with, greater than 80% coverage, for accurate and timely information on charities in the UK and overseas and UK corporates through a single repository, dynamically monitor changes in directors and trustees, screen for PEPs and sanctions and adverse media, screen documents of identity – for example worldcheck on passports, CIFAS Immigration screenings, Equifax reports, and integrate with our CRM system and workflow management solutions. Solutions must meet operating and regulatory laws and legislations in connection with banking and financial services, for example money laundering and terrorist financing.
