Tender description

This Framework Agreement will include all printable patient identification products along with accessories. These products will include wristbands compatible with both laser and thermal printers along with the thermal printers. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of 3 250 000 GBP to 4 000 000 GBP in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. This Framework Agreement is for 24 months with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months for up to a total period of 48 months This Lot includes patient identification wristbands to be compatible with laser printers. This Lot also includes wristband accessories. This Lot includes patient identification wristbands to be compatible with thermal printers. This Lot also includes thermal printers (handheld and standalone) and associated accessories e.g.: battery packs, docking stations, printer ribbons, handheld electronic devices.
