Why the Work is Being Done NEL ICT has embarked on a transformation programme, underpinned by a focus on technical strategy, architecture and governance. We envisage this stage of the programme will run until 31st March 2019 Problem to Be Solved After a significant period of growth and the merging of several businesses NEL have inherited a heterogeneous technical infrastructure. It is necessary to implement rigorous service management and architectural controls and standards. Who Are the Users This work will impact a range of stakeholders including internal functions and staff as well as NEL ICT’s customer base and .partners. The beneficiaries of this work will range from NEL customers both internal and external and staff. Early Market Engagement Work Already Done Existing Team Transformation team and substantive NEL staff across various localities. Current Phase Not applicable Work Location Pan-NEL (London, Suffolk, Kent, Sussex and Northampton). Working Arrangments Full time roles, office based 5 days per week.
