The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive service for the supply and delivery, of continence products to patient's homes, residential homes and in-patients at a number of facilities, including community hospitals and Authority premises. The key objectives are: — To provide a range of products as detailed in the specification for adults and children, — To provide a delivery service to meet patients' needs, wherever they reside, — To provide an online ordering process / system for products, literature and samples, — To provide a dedicated computerised system, providing detailed patient data and comprehensive management reports, — To provide a dedicated customer care operators, — To provide an data inputting service, — To provide a facility outside normal office hours, which allows patients/healthcare professionals to contact the Contractor, — To provide a system to track the time each call takes to be answered, — To provide a Freephone telephone number for clients and a separate number for healthcare professionals, — To work to agreed Authority criteria regarding access to the service and specific product provision, — Provide reminders of reassessments, — To provide stationery as agreed with the Authority, — Provision of free product samples to patient, — Provision of free product sample kit for Authority staff.
