Tender description

Telford and Wrekin Council held three provider engagement events over period May to June and wishes to invite Providers to attend a further market engagement event to gather further feedback regarding the proposal and to inform potential Providers of the Council’s and CCG commissioning intentions to provide the following: — Information, Advice and Advocacy Services, — All Age Carers Support Services. This event will focus: — Discussion regarding Community Led Support, — Provider feedback and discussion regarding the proposal for Information, Advice, Advocacy and Carer Services. The event is to be held on 24th July at 9:30 hours to 11:30 hours at Shropshire Chamber of Commerce (Trevithick House, Stafford Park 4, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3BA). We are working to: — Bring services together so that people get what they need at the right place and right time, — Involve local people and staff more in planning and running service, — Support our communities better and encourage people to do more to help their own communities. The aspiration of the event is to gather further feedback from the providers regarding the proposal and shape the service. Information, advice and support is fundamental to enabling people, carers and families to take control of, and make well-informed choices about their care and support and how they fund it. Any organisation interested in participating should download draft proposal from Delta and register their interest via Delta by no later than Friday 20th July.
