Leicestershire County Council, working with West Leicestershire CCG and East Leicestershire and Rutland CCG, are holding an event to engage the market in the development of a Contingency Framework to support the existing countywide Help To Live at Home Framework providers to respond to the demand for care within Leicestershire. Help To Live at Home is a personalised home or domiciliary care, support and reablement service designed to meet the social and continuing health care needs of eligible service users aged 18 or over in Leicestershire. The service supports people to live independently in their own homes, for as long as possible, facilitates safe and timely discharges from hospital and reduces avoidable hospital admissions.
