This project is to provide specialist independent and external economic, commercial and managerial assessments and appraisals of individual capital schemes that are seeking support from the Humber LEP, including projects seeking support from the Local Growth Fund, and is in accordance with the Humber LEP's Assurance Framework. The independent assessment is fundamental to the accountable body's work in supporting the Humber LEP to deliver the Humber Growth Deal and any subsequent or successor programmes. Scheme assessments will require different specialisms and therefore quotations are sought for project assessments that fall into different specialisms (LOTS). It is not possible to identify at this stage how many schemes will come forward under each Lot.
