Tender description
Dorset County Council are working with a developer to provide accommodation for 11 working-age clients with learning disabilities or mental health problems in Grosvenor Road, Weymouth. There is potential for a shared core care support service, supplemented with individual services where necessary. Allocations for the accommodation will be in July 2018, which will provide us with more detail on what the core service and individual packages may look like. We intend to come to market in August/September 2018. The services will be tendered period of 3+2 years. There will be a market engagement event prior to the formal procurement process to discuss the service requirements in more detail.
