Tender description

DPS for Minor Gas Works — Pipeline and Assets. The DPS is a two stage sourcing process which will enable cadent to contract for works, goods and services from suppliers who have been verified and approved at the setting up (Stage 1) of the process. The DPS will provide a platform for suppliers to compete for minor gas works, including, but not limited to, Gas Construction projects, Reinforcement, de-commissioning. The scope of these works may be design and Build or Build only and can range from either one-off projects to small programmes of work. The work comprises of gas pipeline and assets works, including, but not limited to, Gas Construction Projects, Reinforcement, De-commissioning. The scope of these works maybe Design and build or build only and can range from either one-off projects to small programmes of work. Currently Cadent spend 8 000 000 GBP per annum on this area of work. It is envisaged that the scope of the work will typically be small, regional projects with average spend of 82 000 GBP.
