Our HR and Governance Committee have agreed that an independent salary benchmarking review of our 5 Executive Management Team posts is required. Board Members are looking to understand the range of salaries/reward packages paid for roles of a similar shape, scale and location and where RBH’s current package is relative to that, along with a recommendation for an appropriate median salary scale for each role.
