The Authority is seeking to procure a Contractor to undertake the flat roof renewal work to the four blocks in question at the Essex Police Headquarters. Such works include the replace/overlay of the flat roofs on the four blocks using new flat roof system with a 10 year guarantee including the replacement of existing roof lights and all associated work - all as further described in these documents.
