Tender description

Quotations are invited through further competition from the CCS Framework RM1059 for the provision of a software package that will support Burnley Borough Council to carry out its functions in relation to development control, land charges, private sector housing and homelessness and environmental health. The software should have the following modules, which will provide seamless online customer self-serve and back office administration: (a) A module for planning application (with planning portal integration) and planning enforcement processes, including consultation management, and developer contributions management; (b) A module for land charge processes; (c) A module for private sector housing services, including disabled facilities grant and other grant application (e.g. energy efficiency) and award management, the management empty homes, landlord licensing and housing enforcement processes (e.g. HMO); (d) A module for environmental health services. This includes food safety and sampling, health and safety at work (including accident investigations), environmental protection (including permits) and infectious disease control.
