EBC SS Senior Officers (Management) Executive Search - commencing with Head of Housing Services

Tender description

Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market with the view of appointing a maximum of five contractors to call off over a period of 3 years plus 1-year optional extension year to manage senior-officers recruitment through executive search and selection services. The council will engage the pre-selected suppliers to assist in the executive search and selection for senior management posts that include directors, heads of service and other senior management positions. The first provision will be for the Head of Housing Services with the process to begin in August 2018, where one of the successful bidders will be required to assist in the design of the recruitment campaign from pre-placement to placement stages.
