London Luton Airport LLA is looking to appoint a Contractor to provide cleaning and associated services to the offices, terminal and ancillary buildings. The associated services includes but is not limited to periodic and specialist cleans as well as hosting services to the Automated Clearance System (ACS) for entry by electronic passports. LLA is seeking a Contractor who will deliver transformational change and significantly improve the current standards of cleaning and innovation throughout the life of the contract. The contract will be on the basis of a 3 year term with the option to extend for an additional 2 years on an annual basis (3+1+1). The estimated value for the full 5 years is 10 000 000 GBP. LLA is seeking a Contractor who will deliver transformational change and significantly improve the current standards of cleaning and innovation throughout the life of the contract. The Airport is currently being redeveloped, the extended and refurbished buildings will come into scope once Practical Completion is achieved. Additionally, further services may be added, (for example but not limited to pest control) subject to the successful bidder demonstrating value and their capability to deliver safe and high-quality services. These services will be added subject to expiry/termination of existing contracts. The contract will be on the basis of a 3 year term with the option to extend for an additional 2 years on an annual basis (3+1+1). The estimated value for the full 5 years is 10 000 000 GBP.
