Tender description
This opportunity is for the provision of a coffee shop service to Pembrokeshire County Council on a concessionary basis. The redevelopment of the Riverside Market into the Haverfordwest Library has included a bespoke glazed extension to the existing building for the purpose of a Coffee Shop. This opportunity is for the provision of catering services at the venue on a concessionary basis. The council will not be funding or making any payment to the provider for this service and the provider will be expected to secure revenue by exploiting the commercial opportunity. The successful tenderer will provide a high quality catering service. Concession agreement for a Coffee Shop in the new Haverfordwest Library, Gallery and Information Centre.
