Tender description

The successful Supplier will be required to provide Day Visitor Catering and Venue Hire at the Royal Botanic Gardens site at Wakehurst in Sussex. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is inviting Tenders for the provision of Day Visitor Catering and Venue Hire at our site at Wakehurst in Sussex. The services are being let as 2 separate but linked contracts. The Day Visitor Catering contract is being let by Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and the Venue Hire contract is being let by Kew Enterprises Limited. The contracts will be let to 1 supplier. Bidders are therefore required to bid for and supply both services. The Day Visitor Catering contract comprises the operation of three fixed catering outlets, namely The Seed Café, The Stables Restaurant, The Redwood Coffee Shop and mobile catering within the grounds of Wakehurst. The Venue Hire contract comprises the sales and marketing of Venue Hire in the Wakehurst Venues to include the Mansion House, the Seed Bank Atrium and on the Croquet Lawn and the provision of catering services. The Contract will be for a period of 5 years commencing on 4.1.2019.
