Asbestos-removal work

Tender description

Denbighshire County Council, Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council are looking to procure a small framework of suitably qualified asbestos removal companies to carry out work to its portfolio. Wrexham County Borough Council, Denbighshire County Council and Flintshire County Council are seeking to jointly invite and appoint HSE licensed asbestos removal contractors to a framework for asbestos removal services. The required services will span all 3 counties. The joint asbestos removal framework will run for an initial period of 2 years with possibility of a further 2 years being added based on performance. There will be 3 geographical “Lots” Wrexham, Denbighshire and Flintshire. Licensed removal contractors appointed to the framework must be capable of making a contractual commitment to all requirements set out in this document including any specific to any particular Lot.
