X-ray inspection equipment

Tender description

TWI is seeking residual stress measurement equipment. The equipment must use the principals of X-ray diffraction (XRD) to measure residual stresses as this technique will compliment TWI’s existing capabilities. This specification has been produced as part of an initiative known as AEMRI (Advanced Engineering Materials Research Institute), which is funded by the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) using European Regional Development Funds (ERDF).
