Tender description

This project seeks to appoint a qualified Services Provider to deliver the event management and support to the UK’s engagement in the fourth International Fair of Smart Cities Exposition in Shenzhen 21-23 August 2018. This project aims to promote the UK offer to the Chinese smart cities market and its value added supply chain via high-level dialogue and co-host the UK-China Future Cities Forum with Chinese deliver partner China Centre for Urban Development (“CCUD”) and Beijing Bai Rui International Convention & Exhibition Group Company (“BaiRui”) on 22 August 2018. This project will also facilitate increased UK-China trade and investment in the infrastructure and digital sector in the fourth International Fair of Smart Cities Exposition across government, business and academics in China.
