Tender description

Newport City Council are employed by Morgan Vincie as Operations and Maintenance Contractor for Southern Distribution Road (SDR). The current Traffic Measurement Equipment (TME) Hardware and Software requires updating to the requirements set out in the DFBO conditions of contract Schedule 17 Communications Requirements Parts 1 and 2 between Morgan Vincie and Newport City Council. The Tender Includes:- Part 1: Replacement / Upgrade Traffic Monitoring System (Lump Sum Cost) – Contract Period 12 weeks Part 2: Verifications of the Traffic Equipment including maintenance (Monthly Cost) – Contract Period 8 years Part 3: Traffic Data (Monthly Cost) – Contract Period 8 years Parts 1, 2 and 3 will be undertaken by one Contractor.
