Tender description

Orbit has appointed a single supplier to provide Legionella Risk Assessments to their properties. Contract for Legionella Risk Assessment for approx, 40 000 properties including all Domestic Properties. Contract cover full costs of all certification and administration associated with achieving compliance to the latest legislative requirements. The Contract has been awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1 + 1 basis) based on acceptable performance.
