Tender description
Description of the services to be provided. The contractor / consultant is required to provide Management Asbestos Surveys. Asbestos — 4 Stage Clearance Air Monitoring and other Asbestos Management services will be required by Poplar HARCA Housing Association. The services shall include but are not limited to the following: — Asbestos Surveying (Management Surveys), — Provision of Asbestos Survey Reports, — Air Monitoring (4 Stage and Reassurance), — Reactive Testing (as required), — Inputting Asbestos Survey Reports and data into Poplar HARCA’s property database in a prescribed manor. The contractor / consultant is required to plan and programme services in line with Poplar HARCA’s requirements. NB: This contract does not include the removal of asbestos other than for sampling purposes. As detailed in tender documents
