Supply of Internal FIre Doorsets and associated products and services

Advantage SW is seeking to select, by a competitive tendering process, companies who will be awarded a place on a multi-supplier framework starting 1/10/18 (end date dependent on spend on the framework) from which Members can award Contracts for the supply of internal fire doorsets and associated products and services for their properties. Advantage SW Members will enter into Contracts with the framework companies for their requirements. All doorsets, frames and associated ironmongery and other components must be certificated by a UKAS approved third party independent test house such as Exova BM TRADA's Q-Mark for integrity and stability to a minimum of 30 minutes. It is difficult to estimate spending on this framework as it will be dependent on the condition of Members' properties. However should spend on the framework approach £150,000 then we will run a tendering exercise through the OJEU. It will not be possible to obtain prices for every activity that Members may wish to specify over the duration of the framework so please be aware that we will almost certainly require the successful companies to deliver associated works and services to the framework during its duration. Associated procurement project - we are also running a separate tendering exercise for the supply & installation of internal fire doorsets which will be published shortly.
