Tender description
For SEND (Education Health & Care Plans). Sheffield City Council, in partnership with City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, is conducting a soft market test as a precursor to a formal approach to the market to appoint contractor(s) for provision of the above service within Sheffield. This survey is intended to feed into this process. The formal tender competition will therefore follow on from this exercise in due course; the purpose of this soft market test is to consult with the market and offer you an opportunity for you to make representations on our current thinking / potential approach to the market. This soft market test exercise therefore does not constitute a formal tender and will not result in the letting of a contract at this stage.
