Tender description
Provision of a 24/7 scheme based supported living service for individuals living at a new 6 unit support living scheme. Support provided to adult service users with learning difficulties. Provision of a 24/7 scheme based supported living service for individuals living at a new 6 unit supported living scheme. Support will be provided to adult service users with learning difficulties. Bidders must be registered for the provision of personal care in the home with the relevant regulatory body and have been rated good or above in their last inspection. The service will consist of one staff member 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including a waking night service. Service users will be adults of working age but is it anticipated they will be predominately aged 18-24. 30f Blackhorse Lane is a scheme of 6 units with shared communal facilities. The scheme is for short term accommodation to promote independence to enable service users to move on to long term accommodation.
