DOJ Provision of Electronic Monitoring Services 2019 for persons in Northern Ireland. Electronic Monitoring in Northern Ireland will be the contractual responsibility of the Community Safety Division of the Department of Justice (DoJ), working in partnership with stakeholders in other criminal justice organisations (CJOs). The legislative provisions for the introduction of Electronic Monitoring to Northern Ireland are contained within Chapter 5 of the Criminal Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2008 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/nisi/2008/1216/part/2/chapter/5).
