Tender description

This is an OJEU Open Tender Process to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of recruitment services for Fixed Term and Permanent Employees across the whole Future Cities Catapult. The Framework Agreement will be awarded for an initial period of two years with the possibility to extend the agreement for two additional periods of 12 months each. The Framework will be split into the 14 lots as listed below. PLEASE NOTE: Each supplier can bid for a maximum of five lots. Lot 1: General & Business Services Lot 2: Procurement, Commercial and Legal Lot 3: HR Lot 4: ICT & Support Lot 5: Communications & Marketing, PR and Events Manager Lot 6: Finance Lot 7: Facilities and Venue Manager Lot 8: Research Lot 9: Content Creation Lot 10: Account Management Lot 11: Digital Technology Lot 12: Project Management Lot 13: Built Environment Lot 14: User Research & Design Tenderers must provide a complete response with all requested documents prior to the submission deadline of 12 noon on 6th August 2018. A full response will consist of: - A complete and submitted "Standard Selection Questionnaire SQ" Questionnaire. This is hosted on this e-procurement system and is to be completed directly on this e-procurement system. - A complete and submitted "General Due Diligence Questionnaire". This is hosted on this e-procurement system and is to be completed directly on this e-procurement system. - A signed and completed "Tender Declaration Form" on your company letter headed paper. The download link for this document is to be found within "General Due Diligence Questionnaire" question number 4.1. When you have completed the document it is to be uploaded back to the upload tool within question number 4.1 of the "General Due Diligence Questionnaire". - A signed and completed "No Collusion Certificate". The download link for this document is to be found within the "General Due Diligence Questionnaire" question number 5.1. When you have completed the document it is to be uploaded back to the upload tool within question number 5.1 of the "General Due Diligence Questionnaire". - A completed copy of the "CON-2018-236 Technical Questionnaire Response -- TO BE COMPLETED" document to be found in the Attachments section of this tender opportunity. The completed document is to be uploaded back to this tender opportunity prior to the submission of your tender. - A completed copy of the "Permanent Recruitment Services Framework Pricing Submission" Excel document to be found in the Attachments section of this tender opportunity. The completed document is to be uploaded back to this tender opportunity prior to the submission of your tender. Failure to complete all of the above will result in a non compliant bid and may result in your submission being rejected from the procurement process.
