Tender description
The Authority aims to support service users, by providing E-cigarettes. This will be via the purchase of E-cigarettes or via vending machines (provided 'free on loan' to the Authority) for an initial 24 months with the option to extend. - Figures are based on 1 year supplies and include both types of flavours.
