Durham County Council (DCC) is looking to conduct a future procurement exercise for a ChatBot/ LiveChat facility that should include the capability to reuse technology to cover other areas such as voice, smart watches, tv and mobile. Prior to issuing an Invitation to Tender document (ITT) the Council has decided to engage the market in a soft market test to understand what is available from suppliers and whether they fit in with the vision of Durham County Council’s view ChatBot’s.
