OG - Legionella Risk Assessments

Tender description

We are looking to procure Legionella Risk Assessments from a high quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around our needs. The contract for the provision of the service is expected to commence in the spring of 2018 the exact dates to be agreed depending on the agreement between the successful provider and ourselves. We wish to secure efficiencies and economies of scale by means of a procurement exercise for meeting the requirements detailed within the documentation, achieved through the Most Economical Advantageous Tender submitted. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1+ 1 basis) based on acceptable performance. The estimated value of the contract will be up to £3m-£4m. All documents are available to download from Proactis at www.housingprocurement.com. Providers will need to register on the website (free) then search for the tender in 'opportunities' under Orbit Housing and register interest to view documents and submit a response. No documentation will be issued or accepted via any other means.
