Tender description
The National Gallery of Ireland (NGI) is offering a Licence to operate the Café and provide catering service for events at the NGI through an open tender procedure to appoint a suitable Licensee (the tenderer) who will provide the services on a Licence fee basis (as detailed in Part 2, Scope of Services). The re-opening of the historic wings this year offers the opportunity for a significant expansion of the catering of events services offered by the NGI. The expected footfall offers a high degree of potential and highlights the need for the delivery of an excellent visitor experience in the Café and any other catering events. The NGI Café has seating for capacity for 121 people. It is a creative working space hat can be enjoyed by staff, the general public, tourists and the local business community.
