Multi-Disciplinary Services - Regeneration of the Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre

Tender description

This contract is for the provision of professional services in respect of the regeneration and development of the Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre, Taunton. This project represents a major investment for TDBC in cultural infrastructure within the town centre supporting the development of Taunton's garden town identity. The Brewhouse sits alongside the River Tone within an area known as Coal Orchard in a prime position. The successful suppliers will work in partnership with the Council and the leaseholder, the Taunton Theatre Association Ltd, to deliver a viable and sustainable building fit for the next 50 years within the fixed £12 million construction budget.
