Witham Third District Internal Drainage Board (The Contracting Authority) wish to establish a UK wide Framework Agreement for use by Internal Drainage Boards and other public sector environmental support authorities. This procurement will be run under the Competitive procedure with Negotiation. The original Prior Information was published on 26.10.2017 and will be used to minimise the timeframes for response.
