This is a pan TfL contract and relates to the handling of liability and motor claims that fall under TfL’s General Liability Policy of insurance. TfL currently has a Contract in place which was awarded in 2010 and is now due for renewal with effect from 1.7.2018. The current contract is on a “life of claim” basis; however, TfL want to explore options for the successful bidder to take over the handling of any files open as at the date of transfer, or reopened post transfer date.
