Tender description

The sections for treatment aids need to enter into new parallel framework agreements for respirators to patients living at home. Planned publication of the notice is September, but prior to the publication, the contracting authority wants feedback on parts of the tender documentation. The contracting authority is therefore publishing extracts of the Requirement Specification, Price Form and Competition Regulations in connection with this prior information notice. It is particularly important that potential tenderer provide feedback about unreasonable minimum requirements or other conditions that inhibit competition, and uncertainties in the requirement specification or other documents. At the same time, we reserve the right to invoke the possibility to shorten the tender deadline in accordance with the Procurement Regulations §20.12(2). Due to summer leave, the documents will be issued with a seven weeks feedback deadline, set at 22.8.2018. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with at least three tenderer, the contract duration is 24 months with the possibility to extend for 12 months + 12 months, to a total maximum of 48 months. All offered products must be CE labelled and ready for use by the time of the tender submission, tentatively in October.
