Furze Platt Senior School Expansion

Tender description

On behalf of the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, Wokingham Borough Council has commissioned a suitably experienced and competent Design and Build contractor to carry out a single stage design and construction project with two phases at Furze Platt Senior School. The first phase is the design & construction of a new three storey teaching block for science and mathematics, including demolitions of a single storey science block and modular classrooms. The second phase of the project is the demolition of the existing gymnasium and another modular classroom block, followed by the construction of a new hall extension. Phase2 cannot be started until Phase 1 is completed.
