To help vulnerable people to enter or re- enter the community and/or to develop or maintain their independence within the community. The Framework for the provision of the Local Welfare Provision will consist of 3 lots: Lot 1 — Beds and Mattress Lot 2 — Furniture Lot 3 — White Goods The Provider will be expected to provide new beds and mattresses which are from a budget or low cost range. To provide a range of good quality refurbished furniture, consisting of the following types of furniture: a) sofas, b) armchairs, c) wardrobes, d) drawers, e) table and chairs. To provide a range of good quality refurbished white goods, consisting of: a) washing Machines, b) fridges, c) electric cookers.
