Tender description

The National Procurement Service on behalf of the Welsh Public sector in intending to set up a Framework Agreement for the provision of Liquid Fuels. The requirement will include (but not limited to): — Gas Oil/Bio Oil, — ULSD — Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (Bio-Diesel), 10 ppm Un-additised, — ULSD — Ultra Low Sulphur Petrol, — Kerosene, — Jet A1, Helicopter — Aviation Fuel, — Heating Oil, — Adblue AUS32, or Aqueous Urea Solution 32.5 %. Please note that this list is subject to change following stakeholder engagement. There is significant work being carried out by Welsh Government around the Decarbonisation Work Programme for Wales, which could encourage the use of alternative fuels via this framework agreement. Alternative pricing mechanisms will also be explored through engagement with stakeholders (i.e. lagged, hedged).
