Framework for the Design and Construction of Playgrounds

Tender description

Tenders are invited for formation of a framework agreement for the design and construction of playgrounds. The initial tender competition to establish the framework is based on the design and construction of a playground for Castledermot. The playground will be located on the Fairgreen in Castledermot. The site is 2500sq.m in size. The budget for the project is €180k including VAT. The initial period for the framework will be for an initial 12 months with an option to extend this for further 12 month periods up to a maximum of 3 times such extensions. It is estimated that the expenditure over the period of the framework may amount to an estimated €1,000,000.
