Coillte CGA. Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of General Estate Maintenance Services 2018 — 2021. Competitive Procedure with Negotiation. This is the first stage of this Competitive Procedure with Negotiation whereby any interested party may submit a response to this Questionnaire in order to be considered for inclusion on the tender list. Following evaluation of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaires submitted, suitable applicants for the individual Sub-Lots within each of the above Lots will be invited to tender: Lot 1: Forest Estate Maintenance; Lot 2: Forest Parks Maintenance; Lot 3: Hedge Cutting. Please use the following link to access the system. https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com Forest Estate Maintenance Services include the following activities but are not limited to: fence and drainage repair, litter collection, fire-lines, supply and erect entrance barriers, chainsaw operations, firefighting, biodiversity site work, emergency road repairs and general amenity and recreation maintenance. Suppliers will provide materials, labour and machinery required to undertake the contract. Forest Parks Maintenance Services involve the provision of all activities required to maintain our Forest Parks but not limited to: maintenance of buildings, trails, toilets, grass-cutting, litter removal, fence repairs, and surfacing of trails. The Contractor will supply materials, labour and machinery required to complete the contract. These sites will include Forest Parks which are generally located in rural areas. This contract is for the provision of machinery with a hedge cutting head (saw and/or flail) to carry out hedge cutting on roads, including internal forest roads. Flag persons to be included as part of traffic management / road closure. All operators must have traffic management course completed. Hedge cutting to be carried out between 1st of September and 29th of February as per Wildlife act 1976. No limbs or branches should be sticking out of hedges, and roads are to be left in a tidy condition.
