Ubico Ltd is reviewing its strategic approach to managing its fleet of vehicles and is seeking to understand the fleet management system options available in the market to deliver efficiency, and innovation and ensure any procurement achieves best value. Ubico is interested in exploring a fleet management system for the following services: — Fleet Management System and Performance Reporting Suite, — Fleet profiling and cost forecasting, — Vehicle service, maintenance, repair and the management of defects, — Workshop scheduling, vehicle parts and stock management, — Vehicle Disposal, — Vehicle Compliance Management and ‘O’ License records, — Accident and Claims Management, — Vehicle Mileage/Utilisation/Optimisation/Downtime Management, — Vehicle MOT Management.
