Tender description

The London Institute of Medical Sciences require a three-year comprehensive service package for the Flow Cytometry Instrument. he service contract for the ARIA III Cell sorter (375nm, 405nm, 561nm 638nm lasers) will require the following: • Include all parts, travel labour and telephone technical support • Two preventative maintenance visits per instrument per year (during each PM visit the instrument's alignment is checked and optimised, wear items such as filters, seals and o-rings are replaced, valve and pump function is checked, as well as laser power and power supply voltages). • Cover the computer system and OEM software necessary for running the flow cytometer instrument. Future upgrades and updates to be provided on release.
