NHS Bromley CCG has sponsored the development of a Health and Wellbeing Centre in Orpington. The 2 000 m2 centre over two floors will offer a range of primary, community health and wellbeing services provided by a number of tenants. The opening of the centre is scheduled for summer 2019. NHS Bromley CCG will be seeking to appoint a provider of soft facilities management services for the Orpington Health and Wellbeing Centre. The range of services includes building management & utilisation, reception, post and courier, portering, cleaning, waste management (domestic and clinical), pest control, security, window cleaning and site liaison. Providers must be capable of providing the full range of services (as a sole or prime contractor). As a result, NHS Bromley CCG are engaging the market to gather interest in the opportunity.
