Tender description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of specialist research to review the effectiveness and safety benefits of service provider ETM in comparison to traffic officer ETM under a range of conditions. Additionally, the research project will identify ways in which traffic officer ETM could be modified or enhanced, through the provision of upgraded or new equipment so that it is effective under a broader range of conditions and can be considered both safe and effective for longer.
