Durham County Council (DCC) is looking to conduct a future procurement exercise for a Case Management system for the County Durham & Darlington Coroner Service which will provide extensive functionality to support the Council’s aims. Prior to issuing an Invitation to Tender document (ITT) the Council has decided to engage the market in a soft market test to understand what is available from suppliers and whether they fit in with the vision of Durham County Council’s view on Case Management Systems.
