Tender description

The purpose of this service is to provide Network Rail employees with VDU user glasses and eye tests to meet Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992 and safety glasses and eye tests to meet European Standards and Markings for eye and Face Protection EN166:2001. Network Rail seeks expression of interest from suitable providers of eye care vouchers to employees for redemption on eye tests and eyewear and administer the process for appointments. Network Rail is seeking to understand what the market trends are and options that exist that meet its requirements for VDU and Safety Eyecare Services. Network Rail therefore wishes to engage with suppliers who have a service that can either meet the requirement or could meet the requirement with minimal adaptation.
