Tender description
Cladding Replacement Works at Lynher Tamar and Tavy House Plymouth Community Homes has a requirement for a main contractor to manage remedial works to its properties. In the light of safety concerns raised through the Grenfell Tower fire, the contract is for the removal of existing composite cladding (including substrates, supports/ carriers insulation etc), further investigation works, removal of windows, installation of new building covering and windows at 3 Tower Blocks (Lynher, Tavy and Tamar) in Plymouth.
