Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to provision of the following services for domestic and non-domestic properties: — Provision of surveys, BERs and inspections, — Re-works and appeals management, — Technical services and technical helpdesk, including training, — BER Assessments, Quality Assurance and Auditing, — Ad-hoc technical services, — Oversight of grant aided programmes, — Reporting and Monitoring, — Contact Centre to act as a support service to the above. SEAI intends to appoint one service provider to provide the services. The annual value of this contract is estimated at 5 000 000 EUR excl. VAT. The contract term will be for a maximum of 4 years. Please note for information purposes: SEAI is currently introducing DEAP 4, an updated software tool for completing domestic BER assessments. Where services such as BER Assessments and BER Auditing are to be provided under the EPBD Scheme, interested parties who are, or employ, registered BER Assessors can familiarise themselves with the software by registering for the next launch phase of DEAP 4, commencing on 9.7.2018.
