Birmingham Airport is looking for a soft services provider responsible for management of the cleaning of the Airport site, the Waste Management and other ancillary services — pest control, window cleaning, washroom facilities, tradesman, substation cleaning, plant room cleaning, washroom maintenance. This would be a 5 year contract with option to extend for a further 2 years. The contract will run for a 5 year period, with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The Contractor will be responsible for provision of all equipment and materials with which to manage the performance of the contract.
