Purchasing system arrangement for the purchase of Accommodation and Support for Young People Leaving Care and Vulnerable Young People that will be used by Bradford, Calderdale and Wakefield Councils. To provide high quality placement arrangements for young people leaving care and vulnerable young people. This will provide a suitable package of accommodation and support to meet the individual needs of a young person and support their transition to living independently.
